- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Parmesan cheese, shredded (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets and olive oil, then add salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Toss with your hands to coat.
- Spread the cauliflower on a lined baking sheet, ensuring the pieces don’t crowd each other.
- Roast for 15 minutes, then stir the cauliflower and continue roasting for an additional 10-15 minutes until browned and caramelized.
- If desired, toss with shredded parmesan after removing from the oven.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet to ensure proper roasting. You can experiment with spices and add fresh lemon juice for a zing!
