Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whisk the melted butter, eggs, and buttermilk together.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
  5. Toss the blueberries with a little flour to coat, then gently fold them into the batter.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling them high for that bakery look.
  7. Sprinkle the coarse sugar on top of each muffin before baking.
