Instructions

  1. For guacamole, mash ripe avocados with a fork and mix in diced red onion, lime juice, salt, pepper, jalapenos, and cilantro if desired.
  2. For nachos, spread tortilla chips on a pan, sprinkle with shredded cheese, bake until bubbly, then add toppings like beans, jalapenos, and chopped tomatoes.
  3. For buffalo chicken dip, shred chicken and mix with cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch, and cheddar; bake until bubbly.
  4. For 7 layer bean dip, layer refried beans, sour cream mixed with taco seasoning, salsa, guacamole, lettuce, cheese, and olives in a dish.
  5. For mushroom crostini, slice baguette, drizzle with olive oil, and toast. Sauté mushrooms with garlic and thyme, then pile on toast, adding cheese if desired.
