- 1 jar of marinara sauce
- Ricotta cheese
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Grated Parmesan cheese

- Vegetables like spinach or zucchini (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground meat (if using) and brown it.
- Drain the fat and pour in the marinara sauce.
- Stir in any vegetables if making a meatless version.
- Break no-boil lasagna noodles to fit in a single layer across the sauce.
- Dollop ricotta cheese over the noodles, sprinkle mozzarella, and repeat the layers.
- Cover and let it simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes.
- Add a quarter cup of water if it looks dry.
- Test the noodles for softness; if ready, finish with grated Parmesan.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
